President Trump says Venezuela is turning over 30- to 50-million barrels of oil to the U.S. Trump said Tuesday the oil will be sold at market value with the money controlled by the U.S., and that he asked Energy Secretary Chris Wright to get things going immediately.        The U.S. is backing security guarantees for Ukraine. The pledge was made Tuesday at an international summit in Paris where 35 nations vowed to support Ukraine in its war against Russia. U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff was at the summit and said the guarantees are meant to deter further attacks on Ukraine.        The Pentagon says it will execute a review of women in ground combat roles. The review is meant to determine the effectiveness of military fitness standards 10 years after the Department of Defense lifted restrictions against women from serving in combat. Thousands of women serve in the U.S. military.        The Trump administration is adding 25 new nations to a list requiring travelers to post bonds before entering the U.S. The State Department said Tuesday there are now 38 countries subject to the requirement, most of them in Africa. Venezuela is one of the new countries added to the updated list.        There will be no testimony today in the trial of the Texas police officer accused of failing to respond to the 2022 Uvalde school shooting. A former teacher at Robb Elementary School testified yesterday that she saw a gunman dressed in black approach the school from the area where Officer Adrian Gonzalez was. Tomorrow the judge will hear from both sides.        DMX is becoming an ordained minister at a historic Underground Railroad Church. The late rapper will receive the posthumous honor this weekend at the Foster Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church in Tarrytown, New York, which once served as a stop on the Underground Railroad. The bishop of the church says DMX "turned his pain into a ministry of raw truth."
