The Dow Jones Industrial Average's biggest day since January caps off a shortened week for Wall Street. Stocks rallied following a strong jobs report and passage of deal to raise the debt ceiling deal avoid a U.S. default, with the Dow gaining 701 points. The tech-heavy Nasdaq logged its sixth straight weekly gain.        Cruise stocks were among the top performers with Norwegian Cruise line, Royal Caribbean and Carnival all climbing more than six percent this week. He'll speak about the recently-passed debt ceiling bill. Biden is expected to sign the bill this weekend and avoid a default before next week.       Former President trump says he should be "fully exonerated" after the Justice Department said former Vice President Pence won't face charges for classified documents at his home. On Truth Social, Trump said he's "at least as innocent" as Pence. The DOJ found a few sensitive documents at Pence's home, but in Trump's case federal agents raided his Mar-a-Lago home last year after his refusal to cooperate with the National Archives for months.       Amazon Prime subscribers could soon be offered low-cost or free mobile phone services. Bloomberg reports the tech giant is in talks with multiple telecom providers like Verizon and T-Mobile. Amazon is reportedly looking to be able to offer wireless plans for ten dollars or less a month.        Hurricane season has its first named storm of the season. Tropical Storm Arlene formed in the Gulf of Mexico, but it's not expected to last long and is not a direct threat to the U.S. The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for parts of South Florida.       An electric version of Volkswagen's iconic VW bus will be available in North American next year. The carmaker will start selling the VW ID Buzz in 2024. The VW bus hasn't been sold in North American in two decades.
