The White House is dismissing Twitter's release of internal emails dealing with the suppression of a New York Post article about the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop. In a briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called the release of the so-called "Twitter Files" a distraction full of old news. She said it was interesting the release came as Twitter is facing "real and serious questions" about rising anger, hate and antisemitism on the platform.       Former President Trump is insisting he doesn't want to "terminate" the Constitution. Trump responded to backlash after he said over the weekend the Constitution's rules and laws should be suspended over the 2020 election. In posts on Truth Social, Trump said he meant that "steps must be immediately taken to RIGHT THE WRONG," referring to his claims of widespread fraud during the election.       The FBI is helping to investigate a massive power outage in North Carolina, believed to have been caused by a targeted attack. Authorities say nearly 40-thousand people are without power and running water in Moore County after police say electrical equipment was shot at Saturday night. A mandatory curfew will be in place tonight for the whole area as crews try to restore power.       Arizona's election results are being certified after contentious races up and down the ballot. Current Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who's set to become the state's next governor, claimed powerful voices spread misinformation that threatened to disenfranchise voters in the state. Democrat Hobbs beat Republican Kari Lake, and Lake has refused to concede the results.       Pfizer wants the FDA to approve its updated COVID-19 shot for tots. The new vaccine would not be a booster, but rather serve as the third shot in the three-dose primary series. The adapted vaccine is currently used as a booster dose for those over the age of five.       All four finalists for college football's most outstanding player are quarterbacks. Southern California's Caleb Williams, Ohio State's C.J. Stroud [[ strowd ]], Georgia's Stetson Bennett and Texas Christian's Max Duggan [[ DOUG-in ]] are up for the Heisman Trophy. That award will be presented during a televised ceremony in New York on Saturday night.
